Around Linz, the capital of Upper Austria and it´s famous city mountains, the so-called "Schlossberg", a special form of confectionery was created centuries ago. This chocolate-coated Schlossbergkipferl has inspired many generations of gourmet.
And now we have expanded the recipe and covered the Schlossbergkipferl with milk chocolate.
