For our organic gingerbread we use only carfully selected raw materials. With our delicate spelt flavour, we prove that digestibility can also taste quite excellent. Honey is one of the most important ingredients of the gingerbread: this is the typical taste which has been worshipped by generations of gingerbread lovers.
