Gingerbread from the Mühlviertel region with apple and cinnamon. A premium delicacy from Kastner.
The gingerbread, or as we call it "Lebkuchen" is being manufactured in Bad Leonfelden, capitol of the "Mühlviertel"-Region.
WHEAT FLOUR, glucose-fructose syrup, 14 % candied apples (apples, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidifier: citric acid),
11 % dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecithins (SOYA), vanilla extract), persipan (apricot kernels, sugar, invert sugar syrup, potato starch), sugar, caramel sugar syrup (glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), humectant: sorbitol; 1 % cinnamon, spices, orange oil, apple extract, raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, potassium carbonate; maltodextrin, potato starch, acidifier: lactic acid; natural flavor.
May contain traces of nuts, sesame, milk and egg.
